I’m Bella Gustafson, a freshman at SLU-Madrid and double major in Political Science and International Studies. Last spring I graduated from my high school paper where I had been first a section editor, then an Editor-in-Chief, and knew I had to find a new paper to join, so I joined the NewSLU. I’ve always enjoyed writing about socio-political issues—likely a result of having grown up outside D.C.—and, at my previous paper, covered topics ranging from Gen-Z’s political impact to the Loneliness Epidemic.
