Hachi, a Maltese-Poodle mix, sports a t-shirt that says, “Possum Vibes Only.” It’s just for fashion’s sake, not warmth, said his owner, SLU-Madrid student Britney Saras. Saras said she shared him with her neighbors during the lockdown at the start of the pandemic, when dog walking was one of the few excuses to leave one’s apartment. Saras frequents dog-friendly cafés.
