Agatha Thomas, Copy Editor and Staff Writer
I’m Agatha Thomas, I’m a junior here at SLU Madrid and am majoring in English and Communication. I’m from the Dominican Republic, and I joined the NewSLU staff in fall of 2023 as copy editor and staff writer. Writing has always been one of my favorite things to do and I’ve really enjoyed the journalism-related courses I’ve taken in college so far. I’m excited to be part of the NewSLU because I think it gives us students a means to express ourselves and a chance to interact with our community. I look forward to reading and writing many cool stories!
