I'm Natalya Villa, or Naty to my friends, a first-generation Colombian-American and a self-proclaimed third-culture kid, often dubbed a "military brat" as I've moved across all over the U.S. However to to keep it simple – Miami, Florida, is my home. My passion for art and visuals led me to study communication with a minor in studio art at Saint Louis University's Madrid campus. Dreaming of becoming an art director, I've joined the newspaper not only for university involvement but as an outlet to unleash my visual frenzy in photography, graphics, and social media. On a quirkier note, I'm into psychedelic rock (from The Beatles to David Bowie), The Muppets, and consider myself a Wes Anderson enthusiast.
